Jobbfestivalen Inclusion Awards 2026

Inclusion Awards is an annual gala organised by Jobbfestivalen. The gala aims to highlight, celebrate and inspire civil society, companies, organisations, employees and other actors who over the past year have made a significant contribution to diversity, equality and inclusion. According to the organiser's information about the 2026 gala, awards are presented in twelve categories, including Årets Mångfaldsföretag, Årets Inkluderingsföretag, Årets Diversity Teams, Årets Ledare, Årets Kommun, Årets Kulturinitiativ and Årets Politiker. A finalist magazine is published before the gala. The idea of inclusion also applies to the guests. A company that becomes a dinner partner receives ten tickets, and five of them go to people who are far from the labour market. Jobbfestivalen is also behind job festivals with the theme diversity and inclusion in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm. They are described as a meeting place for jobseekers and for companies with an ongoing need to recruit. According to the organiser, around 60,000 people have visited the eight job festivals so far, and well over 3,000 have gained a job or a place in education.
