Jobbfestivalen Stockholm 2026

Jobbfestivalen is a job fair with the theme Mångfald & Inkludering in Kungsträdgården. It is a meeting place for job seekers and for companies with an ongoing need to recruit, and its main purpose is to connect people with jobs, internships and vocational training. The organiser describes it as Sweden's largest job fair focused on diversity. Everyone is welcome, but the fair especially aims to be an accessible forum for groups who find it harder to get a job, for example young people with little education, people born abroad, people with disabilities and people over 55. Here you can meet employers and recruiters, listen to talks and learn more about different companies. Exhibitors in Stockholm 2026 included Keolis, Nobina, 7-Eleven, Indeed, IVO and Stockholms stad. On Stora scenen there are panel debates with inspirational speakers, recruiters and politicians, and the programme is also streamed live. On Jobbscenen employers can give 20-minute talks about their positions, a kind of analogue job ad. According to the organiser, around 60,000 people have visited the eight Jobbfestivalen events so far, and well over 3,000 now have a job or a place in education.
